Drive and execute Annual and Strategic Plan Right and Fast execution of strategies Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process Enhance internal controls
YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Operations or related degree 1+ years Supplier / Commodity management, contract and pricing negotiation or related experience 1+ years experience in selecting, qualifying and ramping production with suppliers 1+ years experience in Machining related supply or manufacturing field
WE VALUE MBA degree in Supply Chain management or equivalent Masters Degree Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management 1+ years experience with common process management tools, for example: transitions protocol, project tools, risk assessment, total cost model, etc. Six Sigma Black Belt Ability to lead and support several concurrent projects and develop strong relationship within cross-functional teams. Possess a persistent drive for results utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to summarize & communicate the data to create strategies & recommendations Create process improvements derived from lessons learned Must be willing to work in a results based, fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision. Measure metrics associated with successful transitions (on time/on target in terms of productivity, cycle time and quality). Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools Advanced experience using Excel (Pivot tables, v-lookups, and data consolidation) and PowerPoint.
