Maintenance specialist is SME in this field to provide the required technical input during the project development phases and normal operation post the completion of the project.The main tasks during the project development is to review the vendor data, model review to validate maintenance accessibility, special tools review, capital spares and CSU spares review, equipment criticality review, SMP and PM development, MTCE staffing and qualification plan development, equipment MTCE strategy development.CSU and Post start up main tasks are to provide equipment trouble shooting and provide day-to-day support to operations team. KSAs:Provide input to equipment accessibility during model development and define maintenance strategyprovide input during HAZOP, model review and vendor dataDevelop maintenance SMP that complies with safety and process requirementsReview capital and CSU sparesDevelop equipment checklist for pre-commissioning and commissioning scopeParticipate in walk downs, turnover and PSSRDrive cost effectiveness for budgetRequirements:College DiplomaMinimum of 15 years of practical experience in the field with preference of working in methanol manufacturing site as a maintenance specialistJob specific skills:process safety knowledgeManagement system development and improvementtechnical report writingSAP and Meridium knowledge
